Private guided runs · Seoul, KR
RunSeoullikeyoulivehere.
I'm Quintin. I've lived in Seoul for ten years and run most mornings. Come with me at first light, after work, or any hour your day allows, on the routes I actually run. One to five people. Your pace, not mine.

What makes it different
Small, local, and built around your run.
I run private running tours of Seoul along the Han River, Namsan and the backstreets, one to five runners at your pace. This is not a tour bus and not a fixed itinerary. It is one runner showing another runner the city, the way locals see it. A private run is ₩40,000 per person per hour, and every rate is on the pricing page.
- 01
Always me
Every run is mine to lead. No rotating roster, no swapped-in guide. I take one booking at a time, so the run is built around you and nobody else, whether we go at first light, after work, or somewhere in the middle of a weekend.
- 02
Ten years of local
I know which water fountains work, which riverside stretch floods after rain, where the good coffee is already open at 7am, and which night-lit bridges are worth crossing after dark. You get the city a guidebook can't hand you.
- 03
Your pace, your run
An easy shake-out shuffle or a race-prep tempo. Sightseeing stops or heads-down kilometers. We agree the shape of the run before we lace up.
- 04
More than the run
The run is the middle of it. Add a coffee, a market wander, a proper meal, or a quiet stretch by the water. It turns a workout into the best part of the day.

Where we run
Routes I run all the time.
A run is shaped to you, but it usually grows from one of these. Full maps, distances and notes live on each route page. New to the city? Start with running in Seoul, a local runner's guide.
Mangwon · Han River · Seonyudo
My home-ground route. Start in the city, jump into complete greenery, cross two bridges and end up on a hidden island park most Seoulites have never visited.
- 12.1 km
- Easy
- ~1:15 main loop
Seoul City Wall Trail
The big one. The full 20 km loop of the old Seoul City Wall, over four mountains and past the great gates, the Blue House, DDP and N Seoul Tower. The most popular route in Seoul, and the real challenge is running all of it in one go.
- 20.2 km
- Hard
- ~3:00 running the full loop, longer with stops and a few wrong turns
Namsan Mountain
A real Seoul hill run. A 3.5 km foot-traffic-only loop of up-and-down hills under a closed tree canopy, and the option to keep climbing to N Seoul Tower for the view.
- 7 km
- Moderate
- ~55 min hill loop
Yeouido Goguma Loop
A flat lap of Yeouido island, named for the goguma (sweet potato) it draws on the map. Forested river paths, the 63 Building in gold, and the best-equipped runner hub in Seoul to start from.
- 8.6 km
- Easy
- ~50 min main loop
The Puppy Run
A loop through the historic heart of Seoul that draws a puppy on the map. Gwanghwamun Square, Gyeongbokgung, the Blue House, the palace-wall lanes and the Cheonggyecheon, all in one run.
- 8.3 km
- Easy
- ~1:10 at an easy pace
The Great Shebang · Mangwon to Jamsil
The whole river. Mangwon out to Jamsil and back: 20+ km on the north bank, 20+ km on the south. A Han River marathon and a whole-day affair.

Ran Seoul City Wall Trail8 September 2026
I ran with Quintin on 8/9/2026 and chose the City Walls trail, a difficult 20km run with 900m elevation. Five stars is not enough for such an experience!
Quintin is a great guy - really fun to talk to and share stories with, which was important to me as I was solo travelling. He was extremely well prepared for the journey, managing the directions, water supply, snacks, gels and even bringing headlamps and extra batteries for all situations (including charging my phone that ran out! 😅). Suffice to say I felt safe and confident throughout the run.
He managed the route specifically to get the best views for sunset, and helped get me get through an extremely challenging run in one piece, adding an extra hour or more to our planned trip without concern or complaint. He is very professional and flexible to the needs of the runner.
Over and above - he and his wife have also kindly answered my travel questions and sent me loads of recommendations for food and experiences nearby.
Definitely a highlight of my time in Seoul.

Ran The Puppy Run3 September 2026
Such a wonderful experience with Run With Me Seoul – Puppy Route! 🐶🏃
As a solo traveler, this was one of the highlights of my Seoul trip. Quintin was so kind, friendly, and well prepared. He even prepared water, an energy gel, and minerals for the run, which was such a thoughtful touch. He also ran at my own pace, so I could simply enjoy the run and the beautiful early-morning scenery.
Everything was very well organized, with all the details provided in advance. I only needed to bring my running gear and show up!
It was more than just a run — it was a special memory that made my vacation more meaningful. ❤️ I'll never forget it!
Highly recommended, especially if you're traveling solo and love running! 🐶🏃

Had a great time running with Quintin. Nice conversation, ran at the pace we wanted and even carried water for us!

Ran The Puppy Run2 September 2026
My brother and I trained to the city square to meet Quintin for our puppy run. He was very prompt on arrival at our meeting point, and he came prepared with bottles of water for us (which he carried on the run). He was friendly and considerate (pointing out obstacles along the way) and he explained some of the weird routes we took so we could draw the puppy. There were plenty of places along the way to stop and take pictures (which he was more than happy to do for us). Taking the guided run was a great way to see lots of the city which you might not otherwise visit in a short stay. I'd definitely recommend Quintin to others visiting Seoul who are keen for a run!
